What makes our center different

1. We are a dedicated Lutetium therapy practice.

Most large hospitals offer Lutetium therapy as one service among many. We've made it our central focus. Every member of our team โ€” from the medical oncologists who select patients, to the nuclear medicine physicians who administer therapy, to the radiation safety officers who oversee handling, to the international patient coordinators who plan your trip โ€” works on Lu-177 cases every week.

Volume matters in specialized medicine. Repetition refines protocols, catches edge cases, and produces better outcomes. We've made the deliberate choice to focus.

2. We use international protocols โ€” not regional shortcuts.

Our treatment protocols follow the published evidence โ€” VISION, NETTER-1, NETTER-2, PSMAfore, and the international consensus guidelines from ENETS, NANETS, EAU, and NCCN. Specifically:

  • Pre-treatment imaging with PSMA PET (for prostate) or Ga-68 DOTATATE PET (for NETs) โ€” verified before every treatment course
  • Amino acid kidney protection for Lu-177 DOTATATE โ€” standard for every patient
  • Pre-medication and supportive care matching international standards
  • Post-treatment SPECT verification โ€” confirming the medicine reached your tumors
  • Structured radiation safety education for patient and family
  • Standardized blood and imaging follow-up cadence

3. Our in-house hot lab gives us flexibility and safety.

Lu-177 has a 6.7-day half-life. Branded imported Lu-177 products must be ordered weeks in advance with rigid delivery windows. Our in-house hot lab prepares Lu-177 PSMA-617 and Lu-177 DOTATATE on-site, which allows us to:

  • Schedule treatment around your calendar, not the manufacturer's
  • Adjust doses to your specific clinical needs
  • Avoid the supply-chain delays that plague imported products
  • Pass cost savings directly to patients

The active pharmaceutical (Lu-177 attached to PSMA-617 or DOTATATE) is identical to what Novartis sells under the Pluvictoยฎ and Lutatheraยฎ brand names. The clinical evidence applies the same way.

4. We are built for international patients.

A welcoming consultation room with chai, notepad, and warm afternoon light โ€” where patient journeys begin

Roughly half of our patients travel from outside India. Over the years we've built a complete international patient infrastructure:

  • Pre-arrival: Records review, eligibility confirmation, treatment quote, invitation letter for visa
  • Arrival: Airport pickup, accommodation coordination, currency assistance
  • During stay: Multilingual coordinators, dietary support, family liaison
  • Throughout treatment: Dedicated case manager you can reach by WhatsApp or email
  • Post-treatment: Records package for your home oncologist, follow-up scheduling

5. Our outcomes are world-class.

We track every patient, every cycle, every outcome. Our PSA response rates, our progression-free survival, our quality-of-life metrics โ€” they match or exceed those reported in the major international trials. We'll share anonymized outcome data with prospective patients on request. We don't hide behind testimonials.

6. Our pricing is transparent and fixed.

You will know what your full treatment will cost before you commit. No surprise bills. No ร  la carte add-ons. No price changes mid-treatment. The treatment fee is $6,000โ€“$8,000 USD per session โ€” covering pre-treatment scan, all sessions, monitoring, post-treatment verification scan, and local transport between your accommodation and our center on every clinical visit. A 6-session Lu-177 PSMA course runs $36,000โ€“$48,000 USD; a 4-session Lu-177 DOTATATE course runs $24,000โ€“$32,000 USD. Flights, accommodation, and visa fees are additional. See full pricing โ†’

The team

Our practice is led by a multidisciplinary team:

  • Medical oncologists โ€” patient selection, treatment integration, supportive care
  • Nuclear medicine physicians โ€” Lu-177 administration, imaging interpretation, protocol oversight
  • Radiation safety officers โ€” radiation protection oversight, dose calibration, family safety education
  • Oncology pharmacists โ€” radiopharmaceutical preparation in our hot lab
  • Oncology nurses โ€” bedside care, patient education, family support
  • International patient coordinators โ€” end-to-end trip planning and in-country support
  • Patient navigators โ€” your free pre-treatment consultations and ongoing point of contact

Full team profiles, with credentials and publications, are part of our pre-treatment consultation. We'd rather you meet your team than read about them.

Frequently asked questions

How are you different from a major hospital that also offers Lutetium therapy?

Major hospitals offer Lu-177 alongside dozens of other services. We've focused our practice on Lu-177 specifically. That means deeper expertise, more refined protocols, and a team that does this work every week. It also means a more personal experience โ€” you're not lost in a 1,000-bed hospital.

Do you use the imported branded products (Pluvicto, Lutathera)?

We use Lu-177 attached to the same targeting molecules (PSMA-617 and DOTATATE) that the branded products use. Most preparation is done in our in-house hot lab. The active pharmaceutical is identical; the clinical evidence applies the same way. We can use the imported branded product on patient request, though it adds significant cost.

Will I see the same doctor through my entire treatment?

Yes. You're assigned a primary nuclear medicine physician and a medical oncologist who oversee your care throughout. Your team is consistent across cycles. We don't hand-off between consultants.

What languages do you support?

English fluency across the medical team. Hindi natively. Coordinators provide assistance in Arabic, French, Russian, and other languages. For other languages, we arrange professional medical interpreters.

What if something goes wrong during treatment?

Our center has 24/7 on-call medical support, full backup hospital access for complications, and clear escalation protocols. Side effects requiring intervention are managed at our facility. Major emergencies (extremely rare) escalate to a partner tertiary hospital within minutes.

Can my home oncologist coordinate with you?

Yes, and most do. We send comprehensive records back to your home oncologist after each cycle and at treatment completion. We can do video consultations with your home team during your course. We see ourselves as part of your care continuum, not a separate path.

Do you share outcome data?

Yes. Anonymized outcome data โ€” response rates, side effect frequencies, follow-up durations โ€” is available on request. We don't believe testimonials should substitute for transparent metrics.

How do I start a conversation?

Free 20-minute call with our patient navigator team. No commitment. They'll review your situation, explain whether we can help, and outline what a treatment course would look like for your case.

Talk to us about your situation.

A free, 20-minute conversation with our patient navigator team. We'll listen to your case, share our honest assessment of whether we can help, and answer your questions. No pressure, no commitment.

Navigators don't diagnose or prescribe. They help you have better conversations with the doctors who do.
