Privacy policy.

In short: we collect minimum information, we never sell data, we don't use surveillance trackers, and we honor your rights to access and delete your information.

Who we are

lutetium-therapy is operated by Art of Healing Cancer (AOHC), an India-registered patient advocacy organization. We are the “Data Fiduciary” under India's DPDP Act 2023 for personal information collected through this website.

What we collect

When you submit forms (newsletter, navigator request, contact)

  • Your name (if you provide it)
  • Your email address
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Country or region
  • The message or context you provide about your situation

When you browse the site

  • Anonymized analytics through Plausible (no cookies, no IP tracking)
  • Server logs (IP, timestamp, page accessed) retained 30 days then deleted

What we do NOT collect

  • Full medical records (unless you voluntarily share them)
  • Health insurance numbers or government IDs
  • Diagnostic information for advertising
  • Behavioral tracking for advertising

What we do NOT use

  • Google Analytics
  • Meta/Facebook Pixel
  • Advertising trackers
  • Third-party cookies
  • Cross-site tracking

How we use information

  • To respond to your specific inquiry
  • To send navigator consultation confirmations
  • To send our newsletter (only if you opt in)
  • To improve site content (in aggregate, not by individual)
  • To comply with legal obligations

How long we keep information

  • Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe
  • Navigator consultation data: 12 months maximum, then auto-purged unless we've set up an ongoing relationship with you
  • Server logs: 30 days
  • Anonymous analytics: aggregated indefinitely (no individual record)

Who we share with

  • No one for marketing purposes
  • No one for advertising
  • Processors who help us operate (email service, hosting) under data protection agreements
  • Authorities if legally required (we will challenge invalid requests)

  • Access: request a copy of what we have about you
  • Correction: ask us to fix incorrect information
  • Deletion: ask us to delete your information

Children

This site is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have collected information about a child, please contact us.

We use only strictly necessary cookies (session, CSRF protection). We do not use analytics cookies (Plausible is cookieless). No third-party cookies.
