What a navigator conversation looks like

Our navigators are trained on Lutetium therapy specifically. They are not doctors and don't diagnose or prescribe. What they do:

  • Listen to your situation in plain language
  • Help you organize the questions to bring to your oncologist
  • Explain what scans, tests, or eligibility criteria apply to you
  • Suggest reputable centers based on your location, budget, and language
  • Help you understand cost and insurance options
  • Connect you with caregivers, counselors, or other patients if helpful
  • Continue the conversation over time as your situation evolves

What we'll ask you

To make the most of a 20-minute call, it helps to have:

  • Diagnosis (cancer type, stage, when diagnosed)
  • Treatments you've already had
  • Recent scan reports (or summaries โ€” PSA, scan results, etc.)
  • Your top 2โ€“3 questions or concerns
  • What outcome you're hoping for

If you don't have all this โ€” that's fine. We'll work with whatever you bring. Even a basic call can be useful.

Can my caregiver join the call?

Yes โ€” and we encourage it. Most decisions are made with family. Having multiple ears on the call helps.

What if I need follow-up calls?
